Quilted Hangings

The inspiration for my hangings can come from many different sources; moorland landscapes, licorice allsorts, a marble church floor, deck-chairs, a rusty corrugated-iron shutter or a seascape. The designs are usually simple, sometimes loosely based on traditional American quilt patterns. But it is the colour and the relationships between the colours that inspire and fascinate me.


I create these larger hangings mainly for my own use but I also make a few to sell. Some of those shown below are for sale. Prices range from £115 to £455.
